    Shipping

    We offer free economy shipping for orders over $99 to the lower 48 United States. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Economy shipping allows Cruiser Corps to select the shipping carrier. If expedited shipping is desired, it is up to the customer to pay the full price of shipping. We offer an estimated shipping calculator before you place your order to help reduce surprises. We ship orders according to the shipping preference that you requested when you placed your order. Sometimes certain packages cannot be shipped with certain carriers, if that is the case we will select the appropriate carrier. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the transport company, nor do we assume any responsibility if the carrier loses your package. All international customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Cruiser Corps does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages that are shipped First Class Mail when selected by the customer. First Class Mail can not be insured by the United States Postal Service and the buyer assumes all risks when choosing this mailing option.

    Order Processing

    Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders with back ordered parts will be delayed until the order can ship in full. If an order is on back order for more than 2 weeks you will be notified of the delay.

    International Shipping

    We ship internationally all the time! Customers are responsible for their country\'s duties, import fees, and/or customs charges. We will work with you as best we can to find the best shipping options possible. Some items may need to be shipped separately due to size restrictions

    Return Policy & Guideline

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the uninstalled items for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. All exchanges must be requested within 30 days of when the order was shipped (60 days for international orders).  A 20% restocking fee will be applied or $5 whichever is more. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by CruiserCorps.

    Funds can not be returned after 90 days after the original transaction. Passed 90 days, or if your credit card expires or is declined, funds will be issued as an in-store credit gift card.

    NO RETURNS for CruiserCorps USED, special order, installed items, mechanical or electric parts.

    Please use the following guidelines when returning your products:

    - Contact Cruiser Corps to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

    \r\n

    - Package your products in the same manner they were received and write your RMA number CLEARLY on the outside of the box.

    Warranty Policy

    \r\n

    Warranty on parts is limited to the replacement of the part only – NO REFUNDS. All parts are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship by the original manufacturer or by Cruiser Corps, LLC for a period of 90 days. The warrant period starts from the date of purchase, not the date of installation. Warranty does not cover labor, failure of related components, failure of faulty or improper installation, or is liable for costs that exceed the original part cost. All products purchased from Cruiser Corps LLC should be installed by a certified and competent repair shop. All warranty claims must be submitted with a copy of the installer’s invoice in order to qualify for part replacement.
